Scribblestown Rise has a central communal courtyard that overlooks the Royal Canal Park. There is an allocated caretaker who upkeeps the maintenance of the scheme. There is private underground carparking available. There are several universal design apartments in Scribblestown Rise, that have been allocated to Deaf Reach.  

There is a strong community group in Scribblestown Rise. From initial move in, they have actively been working together to create an inclusive and integrated community that people feel a part of. Most recently they have been designing the communal flowerbeds together, bringing a vibrancy and colour to the scheme.
