When you contact the Comhar Housing services centre by phone, e-mail or letter, your enquiry will be handled by one of our customer service advisors. They can call up your tenancy details on our computer. They will usually be able to deal with your enquiry immediately but if they can’t they will ask your Housing Officer or other appropriate member of staff to contact you as soon as possible.

If you want us to visit you, please always phone Comhar Housing services centre and arrange an appointment.
