Who we are, What we do.

Comhar Housing is a consortium of companies who, as part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP), are contracted by your local council to look after your housing development.

Although your local council is legally your landlord, Oaklee and Choice Services, working on behalf of Comhar Housing, will manage all aspects of your tenancy from rent to repairs and maintenance as well as community development.

Oaklee was established in 2000, to deliver and manage homes for older people, families, mature individuals and people with complex needs.

Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 4,000 properties including houses & apartments.
