Radharc na Farraige

Radharc na Farraige is a 51-unit development in Convent Lands in Wicklow town (19 one bed apartments, 22 two bed duplexes and 10 three beds terraced and semi-detached units).

There are two access points, one from Crinion Park and the other from Broadlough estate. There are open spaces, with housing overlooking a play and kick-about space. Radharc na Farraige is a short five-minute downhill walk to Wicklow town. All homes achieved an A2 BER rating. All homes were designed to significantly reduce heat loss through thermal bridging at junctions.

Radharc na Farraige has magnificent panoramic views of Wicklow harbour.  There is a small community in Radharc na Farraige, who have a large community spirit. The tenants are very community driven with a particular focus on looking out for the older tenants and ensuring that they’re included in any community activity that takes place.
