Churchwell Gardens

Churchwell Gardens is a 150-apartment complex. There are 50 one bed dwellings, 81 two beds dwellings and 19 three bed apartments with 50 apartments allocated to senior citizens.

The apartments block is arranged in a courtyard style configuration over four to six levels with basement parking and ancillary services within the site. There is a creche, multi-use games area, and three office buildings, one of which is dedicated to community use that is managed by Kilmore West Youth Project also on site.

Churchwell gardens is located on the Malahide Road which a bus stop located a few minutes’ walk from the entrance. Clare hall shopping centre is in walking distance that has a range of amenities and services for people to avail of.

There is a vibrant residents association present at Churchwell Gardens who were prestigious winners of a CIH Housing hero award. The estate has created a culture of inclusion from the initial move in stage that has formed a diverse and inclusive spirit within the community that everyone can feel a part of.
